I’m Denise — ​​​I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you remember your power — and give you tools to work with it.

Essencium was born out of a life journey. It exists for those who:

 

• Are tired of quick fixes and being dismissed

• Know the answer isn’t outside them — but already within

​

Like many women, I once believed I had to choose between success and sovereignty.

​

I spent years climbing the corporate ladder, checking the boxes, and playing the game. Deep down, I was yearning for freedom. Purpose. 

​

Then I did something most people wouldn’t...
Quit  the corporate world cold! No backup plans. No new job. I had to drop out completely to find something more  aligned.

​

So after, my son was born. I was never going back for sure!

That’s when I was shown the path to nutrition. Then to craniosacral therapy.

 

Each step cracked open my understanding of the body as an energetic, intelligent, regenerative system. 

​

Today, I’m pursuing a PhD in Natural Medicine through Quantum University, fast-tracking my ability to bring together science, frequency, and deep energetic support for those who are ready to reclaim their life force.​​
